Young energetic, technically sound diploma in Tool & Dies`making form Indo German Tool Room, PGDBA in Finance from Welingkar’s. Now he looks after Production Planning & Control. Being an Engineer he spends a valuable time in the Flexo exchange forums, discussions visited various units & captured a good knowledge. Today he designs plates & dies required for their Industry & have also developed his own software to help in controlling Quality, Costing & Wastages. In his words “I learned printing skills & the zeal for entrepreneurship from mom & dad in my early childhood. In short a complete Business family. I decided to join & expand our capacities in Printing Itself. ‘The trends keep on changing & the average local printers today looks for something Innovative, there is constant change in the market & the need is to move with the market’. We are always alert & grasp the changing market needs. This enabled us to procure imported Flexo label printing machine from USA. ‘Initially the business was not as lucrative as it seemed from outside only special Engineering skill & to have business vision was required to be getting & making it buyer’s market’. ‘As being associated with Pharma Industry we have always taken special care & followed GMP Norms. We have been awarded by District Industries Centre for ‘Best Performance’ during 2001-02, ‘National Award’ in Manufacturing during 2008. We have also been certified as ISO 9001:2000 Industry by BVQI’ (first printing industry to be awarded as ISO in Marathwada region).
